1.2. Information Location Tool (DMCA 512(d)) Pursuant to Section 512(d) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the App functions as a neutral “Information Location Tool.” It provides a specialized interface that allows users to locate publicly available content made accessible by independent third-party sources. The Team does not control, modify, filter, prioritize, or curate such content at its source, except for technical indexing necessary for functionality.

1.3. No Hosting or Storage Policy The Team does not host, store, cache, reproduce, or distribute any manga files or images on its own servers or infrastructure. All content is retrieved dynamically from external sources at the direction of the user.

2.1. User Data & Local Storage The Service allows users to record and store reading history, bookmarks, preferences, and downloaded content (“User Data”). This data is stored locally on your device (utilizing iOS SwiftData) and is used solely to provide and personalize your reading experience. User Data is not publicly displayed, published, or shared as user-generated content within the App.

2.2. Acceptable Use of the Service You agree not to use the Service in a way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interferes with or disrupts the operation of the App.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Introduces malicious code, including viruses or harmful software.
• Abuses or exploits system features in unintended ways.

The Team reserves the right (but not the obligation) to restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.

2.3. Assumption of Risk Due to the technical nature of the Service, the Team does not guarantee that all features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

2.4. Data Storage & Backup The Service utilizes local device-based storage to retain User Data. While the Team implements standard software engineering practices to maintain the integrity of User Data, the Team does not guarantee that such data will be immune to:

5.2. Prohibited Uses You agree NOT to:

Payment is made for the use of these technical features only, not for any content available through the Service.

9.2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions & Billing (Apple App Store & Google Play)

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account (or Google Play Account) at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price and duration of your selected subscription tier (e.g., Monthly or Annual plan).
• Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase (on iOS: Settings ➔ [Your Name] ➔ Subscriptions) or via App Store / Google Play account management.
• Cancellation Effective Date: When you cancel a subscription, auto-renewal will be disabled immediately, and you will continue to enjoy your Premium Features until the end of your current active billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Any refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support, subject to their respective refund policies.

9.3. Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) These Terms of Use incorporate and supplement Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”), accessible at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, these Terms shall control to the extent permitted by law.

9.4. No User Account Required & Data Control The Service is accessible immediately without account registration, usernames, passwords, or personal profile creation. All reading progress and bookmarks are stored directly on your iOS device. You may permanently delete your reading history or clear all stored data at any time directly within the App via Settings ➔ Data & Storage ➔ Clear All Data, or by uninstalling the App from your device.
